This blog is a recovery and revision of a rhetorical experiment enacted from 2002-2007 as a response to Walter Benjamin's work with 'The Arcades Project' and to meet the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in English at the University of South Carolina. It was defended and passed in 2007. Committee Members were as follows: John Muckelbauer, Judith James, Bradley Collins, Anthony Jarrells, and Dan Smith.
